Bank Of America Names EMEA Executive Committee Team

The European, Middle East and Africa president of Bank of America, which recently completed its purchase of Merrill Lynch, has unveiled the new EMEA executive committee of senior managers, drawn from both constituent firms, according to a memo seen by WealthBriefing.

The committee, chaired by Jonathan Moulds, president EMEA, comprises key line of business and functional heads in EMEA:

Dennis Arnum, global payments executive, will represent technology and operations.

Martin Butler, chief financial officer.

Eva Castillo, head of EMEA wealth management.

Rob Everett, chief operating officer.

Simon Greenwell, head of research.

David Gu, head of global rates & currencies, co-head of global markets.

Sajid Hussein, general counsel.

Fares Noujaim, president, Middle East and North Africa, head of sovereign wealth.

Ian O'Doherty, president, Europe card services.

Andrea Orcel, president, international global banking and wealth management, head of international corporate and investment banking.

Price Sloan, chief risk officer.

Mike Stewart, co-head, global equities, co-head of global markets.

Joel Van Dusen, head of global corporate banking.

Fernando Vicario, global product solutions executive.

Joe Weber, head of human resources.

Executive committee members will have regional accountability to Mr Moulds in his role as regional president, in addition to existing line of business reporting lines.

Jim Quigley, president of Latin America and Canada, will continue to report to Mr Moulds. Further regional and country leader announcements will be made in the near future.
